• Bachelor in Health Studies, Neuromuscular Therapy and Massage
• Double Diploma in Health Studies, Therapeutic and Sports massage and Rehabilitation
• Level 1-4 Dr Vodda Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Decongestive Therapy
• Myofascial release and Cupping
• Anterior neck and TMJ including intra-oral
• Oncology Massage
• Pregnancy Massage (pre and post natal)
• Infant and adolescent massage
• Ridged, kinesio and lymphatic taping

What I do:

I use a combined approach to assess each individual and their life style, to make the treatments as effective as possible. Assessments range from postural, range of motion, gait, muscle strength and length testing and special orthopaedic testing. I then use a combination of myofascial release (this can include slide and static cupping), neuromuscular massage techniques including deep tissue trigger point release, craniosacral therapy, TMJ specific release, and manual lymphatic drainage.

I specialise in chronic pain and rehabilitation, with a passion for head and neck injuries, concussions and headaches / migraines. 

I started my studies after being in a car accident that dramatically changed my life in many ways. I went from being a very active teenager who competed on a world level in kickboxing, to being bedridden for month with a whole range of injurie and issues. I had always had a lot of injurie due to being hyperactive and loving sport and the outdoor, but the accident was a whole other level. It has taught me many things about chronic pain, the mental/emotional effect of pain and lifestyle change that can help manage chronic pain. I till battle with chronic pain and injuries that I will have for my lifetime, and I am always trying to learn more about chronic pain as it I an area that effect o many people. My aim is to help each individual be able to live life to their fullest.
