What do you do in a nutshell?

I look at the whole picture of your health seeking the branches and the roots of your problem and address these in a way that works for you. I use Chinese medicine diagnosis and techniques to encourage your body to heal. Chinese medicine offers the treatment of a wide variety of illnesses and injuries by looking at the whole body system and how it functions together, relieving pain and promoting a healthy flow of Qi and blood. I utilise and combine acupuncture, massage, moxibustion, heat lamp, cupping and often simple Qi gong exercises bringing a dynamic and effective approach to treatment.
