What do you do, in a nutshell?

I tailor my skills to the individual needs of my patients using a mixture of structural as well as functional techniques, alongside managing my patients’ ideas, concerns, and expectations. I also incorporate exercise programs and discuss other behavioural strategies that might help the patient in their recovery and overall wellbeing

When I’m not at the Connect Health Clinic,

I enjoy surfing, hula hooping, skateboarding, dancing, cooking, creating art, and discovering new places.
