I offer a patient centred approach. This means I work with patients to tailor a treatment approach to suit their body and their needs, as everyone is unique. I use a range of different techniques and approaches to enable patients to move better and feel better for longer.

WHEN I’M NOT AT THE CONNECT HEALTH CLINIC,

I'm either at the gym working on mastering the art of Steel mace or Olympic lifting. If I am not there I am either hanging out with my family or at the latest blockbuster at the movies.
