What do you do, in a nutshell?

I work with you to find the best way to treat whatever issues you are dealing with, in the context of your day-to-day life and goals. I’m a big believer in empowering people to understand their bodies so I do a lot of education, as well as hands-on techniques and exercise prescription.

Areas of interest?

Anything pelvic and women’s health-related!        

When I’m not at the Connect Health Clinic,

I am enjoying time with my family and friends,  getting outdoors bushwalking or swimming, or relaxing with a good book or a movie.
