Your consultation includes a thorough review of lifestyle, medical background, and personal preferences, followed by easy wins you can action straight away. You’ll receive a tailored plan with meal ideas and habit strategies, plus guidance on supplements when appropriate. We track progress with simple metrics, adjust as needed, and celebrate milestones.
Choose from one off consults, or ongoing coaching. Sessions are available in clinic and by secure video, with options for family or whānau support. Our approach is non judgemental, food positive, and rooted in New Zealand guidelines and the latest research.
